Refund Policy

Nature of transactions

Cryptocurrency trades are generally final and irreversible once settled on the blockchain. Because of this, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below.

Order not yet processed

If you have paid for a BUY order but it has not yet been processed, and you wish to cancel, contact support immediately. If the order has not been fulfilled, we will refund the amount received, minus any applicable network or processing fees.

Overpayment

If you accidentally pay more than the confirmed order amount, the excess will be refunded to the original payment source after verification.

Failed or rejected orders

If an order is rejected during verification (for example, missing or invalid proof) and a payment was already received, the payment will be returned to the original source after deducting any fees incurred.

Wrong details provided

We cannot refund or recover funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or on the wrong network, as such transfers are outside our control. Please double-check all details before transferring.

How to request

To request a refund, contact us with your order ID and proof of payment. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
